As the 50th Gordon Highlanders were not part of the CEF there is limited information about them....However,
Daily Orders at LAC are:
1914/10 - 1917/03..RG 9, Series ll-F-9, Vol 1356
1915/09 - 1916/10..RG 9, Series ll-F-9, Vol 1357
1914/08 - 1916/12.. referred to but file location unknown.

They are in the 1914 Militia List (Infantry)....jack
